Phase 1 stretched from the Dos Hermanos Bridge to the Condado Convention Center.  Phase 2 begins at the convention center and ends at the intersection of Ashford Ave. and Washington St.  The new design, through the use of urban accessories and floor patterns, enhances the pedestrian environment while promoting the commercial activity of the area.
